This place was stunning on the inside!
I went to Samira with a few of my friends on a Friday.
The restaurant is located in Sentul Park and it is next to Richard Bistro (we took a peek and it was beautiful too). You'll feel like you're in an oasis in the middle of a bustling city.
From the entrance, you'll need to walk across their beautiful lake in order to get to the seating.
The setup resembles Koh Lipe - Maldives in Thailand.
The four of us have order a Thai Tom Yum (Clear soup) with Mixed Vegetables, Thai Tom Kha with Chicken (RM16), Squid with Minced Chicken, Red Curry Roasted Duck with Cherry Tomatoes and Lychees (~RM20), 2 Pineapple Fried Rices (RM18 each), Pucuk Paku(fern leaves) with Shrimp Paste(~RM16), Asparagus with Oyster Sauce(~RM18), and 2 mocktails (one of them is Phuket Paradise).

Thai Tom Kha is Thai Tom Yum with aromatic coconut milk, It's a bit sweet for my liking. The pineapple rice was fried perfectly. The rice wasn't too oily nor too dry, just how I like it.
The Thai Tom Yum were on point, not too spicy nor too sour. The vegetables were cooked perfectly too, fresh and crunchy. Overall the food and drinks that we have ordered were all delicious.
We had the outdoor seating and there weren't any mosquitoes that day. Yay!
P.S. the restaurant does not have air conditioning
but it wasn't stuffy at all :)
The place is suitable for special occasions(anniversaries , valentines day, etc) as the price-per-pax is a tad high, at least for me. The total bill was about RM250. The food portions under the category that we have ordered are usually quite small, roughly a single serving. The waiters and waitresses will tell you the suggested servings to order so no worries.
It is also worth noting that the restaurant's service was great too (though the waitress that took our order looked "drunk and blur", that's how my friends described her :P), they were kind enough to lead me into the restaurant and directly to my friend that has arrived earlier. This place is definitely worth revisiting!
